At Quality Scooter Store, we stand behind our electric scooters, parts, and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for our global community of scooter enthusiasts (excluding some Asian and remote areas).

Our Return Policy

You may return most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Elbow & Knee Pads (opened/worn)
  • Electric Scooter Chargers (if packaging is opened)
  • Electric Scooter Controllers (if installed/used)
  • Any customized or special order items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send items without an RMA number – they cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item via your original shipping method once the return is processed. Expedited shipping is available for additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (including electric scooter parts like controllers, brakes, or lights):

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes on returned items
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
  • Return shipping times vary by location (typically 2-4 weeks)
