Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We stand behind our premium electric scooters, parts, and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy (from delivery date) for most unused items in original condition.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Your full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (Refund/Exchange)
- If exchange, desired replacement item
- Contact phone number
Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Items sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

Refund Processing
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement via your original shipping method once the return is processed. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned:
- Elbow & Knee Pads (if opened/worn)
- Electric Scooter Chargers (if packaging is opened)
- Electric Scooter Controllers (if installed/used)
- Any customized or special order items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including electric scooter parts like controllers, brakes, or lights):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost
International Returns
For our global customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes on returned items
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
- Return shipping times vary by location (typically 2-4 weeks)
